The KB Home Office is a dedicated room that delivers comfort, function and aesthetics. In this private workspace, homeowners can host online presentations or small in-person meetings and boost their productivity.

Homebuyers can further personalize this dedicated office by easily choosing from the desirable and affordable options available at the KB Home Design Studio. This includes technology solutions, enhanced soundproofing/insulation packages, tailored lighting, ceiling fans, window treatments and a beverage center. For select floor plans and locations, homebuyers will also have the opportunity to add a half-bath and additional windows as well as a separate outdoor entrance with a private patio.
KB Home is introducing its new home office concept this week at its Carmel Ridge at Spring Mountain Ranch community in Riverside, California and Talavera community in Menifee, California. The personalized home office concept will be rolled out to the entirety of KB Home's national footprint in the coming months.
